ABOUT THE BETTERWORK FRAMEWORK
Here's the fact my work is built on: people won't adopt change until they see value in doing so.
Most AI rollouts skip straight to licenses and logins. Mine starts earlier — with alignment. I call it AI-value alignment, and it's the backbone of everything I do: the webinar, the diagnosis, the training, the Intensive. Here's the basics:
Step 1
For each stakeholder group, answer three questions to find the WIIFM:
What problem are we trying to solve?
How do we know it's a problem?
What would tell us it's no longer a problem?
Value looks different for every stakeholder — so you define it separately for each one.
Step 2
Every communication about the rollout answers three W's:
What are we doing?
Why are we doing it?
What do we need from you?
No jargon. No corporate fog. Tailored to each stakeholder group's WIIFM.
Step 3
Build tailored, value-focused use cases for each role. Every use case has to solve their problems, support their goals, and meet them where they are — not where you assume they are.
I walk through the full framework, with real examples and the adoption killers to avoid, in my free webinar, "Why Your AI Rollout Isn't Sticking (And What To Do About It)." Watch it here to learn how to apply the framework to your stalled AI rollout.
